WORKSHOP (Norks text kommer)
The Fantasmical Anatomy Lesson: The Eye, the desire of seeing

The workshop will try to present openly and casually different aspects of my ongoing research Studies on Fantasmical Anatomies. Dealing with various writings and languages, I developed Fantasmical Anatomy lessons to look upon the relation between body, function, written words, imagination, spoken texts, movement and choreography. The Lesson for this workshop will be the Lesson on the eye, the desire of seeing. We will work mainly around the function of the eye, treating the eye as an organ for listening. For that, I will introduce practices  present in the method Feldenkrais, and also propose choreographic experiments around the relation between vision and language, drawing and writing.

Anne Juren born in Grenoble/ France is a choreographer and dancer based in Vienna.
In 2003, she co-founded the association Wiener Tanz- und Kunstbewegung in Vienna. Her choreographic works and artistic researches have been extensively presented in international theatres, festivals, and different art spaces and venues. In her work, Juren tries to expand the contextual boundaries of the term choreography in engaging the body in different states of physical, sensorial, corporeal and poetic experiences. Since 2013, Anne Juren is
a Feldenkrais® practitioner. She was part of the artistic committee for the Master in Choreography at DOCH from 20014-20018. She is currently a PhD candidate at UNIARTS Stockholm University of the Arts.

Dirty Room by Juan Dominguez

Following the trail of poetic conspiracy that animates the choreographic series in three seasons “Clean Room”, “Dirty Room” is presented, a collection of excerpts that revives some of the episodes of this mythical series, insisting on creating situations that infiltrate the wonderful in everyday life that shift the attention of the performer’s actions to our power of imagination and action as an audience. Dirty Room will weave the threads of the absolute present to reconnect poetry to the body. It will let us see the possibilities of poetic transformation of reality through a choral construction.
